Purpose of the group.

En.core, a one of a kind out of the ordinary high quality group with a purpose to launch regularly and display some very high quality custom boutique items that will make customers simply want more! In order to do this, we need a great amount of participation and preparation and need members that have the same goal as we do for the group. Amaze our buyers with our launches and items while being able to survive financially at our craft. En.core wants to present a uniform clean cut above average classy look with above average deliciously crafted merchandise.

Charter.

We think that keeping this charter to the point will help our members to approve it and understand it.

~As a member of this group, You agree to participate in at least 6 of the launches in one year and that You will follow the themes suggested and cooperate with other members when possible, that may want to do M2M . There will also be mini launches between members, those will be optional. You also understand that members that do not follow these terms can and will be removed (For the exception of real family emergencies).

As a member of this group, I will not underestimate my worth and the time spent away from my family making these beautiful items. I will not liquidate my things at low bottom prices just to bring in a few extra dollars. I will follow market value of such crafted items as it would be in the real world. Simply put, no $0.99 auctions, don't give your stuff away!

As a member of this group, you can be a member of any other groups you desire as long as you keep up with this group and use En.core in your listings and in the title for launches. Should you not be able to keep up, you will need to make a choice.

As a member, you agree to participate in the launch chats and preparations and come in at least once or twice a week to keep up to date. Members that disappear weeks on end without letting us know why, will also be removed.

As a member you agree to use the templates, logos and picture frames that will be given to you to prepare for these launches. If you do not have the proper photo editing tools, we will be more than happy to help you with your pictures.

As a member, you need to ensure that you will take pictures that are nice and crisp and don't have innapropriate backgrounds.

As a member you agree to have only the name En.core in your launch auctions title. Other group anacronyms can be used in the description. This will not apply to everyday items that you list that is not in a launch. In other words as long as En.core is in the title for your regular listings, you can mention any other groups in your title. This rule is for launches only.

As a member I agree to respect other members and contact one of the leaders should you not be happy with a member,a theme or any other issues. You will also need to promise to not use inapropriate language and start inaproriate conversations. We want to keep this a drama free group so that we can concentrate more on designing! Chatting is great for the creative juices as long as it does not become so overwhelming that we forget the purpose of the group.

As a member, I agree to keep any discussions of launches, fabrics and any other pertinent information about the group in the group.

As a member, I agree to have as much fun as I possibly can while doing all of the above!
