As members of VTNS we are united in our purpose to provide excellent customer satisfaction. When you see our LOGO it means the member has agreed to accept the following as rules of conduct:
  1. To present an accurate description with clear quality photographs
  2. Provide a prompt, courteous response to all questions and communication
  3. Shipping policy and cost clearly stated and available prior to bidding
  4. Clearly Stated return policy. We offer Refund, upon return, for items other than described
  5. Individual Terms of Sale and shipping schedule given
  6. Items will be carefully packed to ensure safe arrival of all merchandise

These are the requirements we ask for new members:

  1. You Must be an active seller with VTNS related items
  2. To Have a feedback STAR of at least 100
  3. To Maintain a feedback score of 98.5 or above
  4. To be an active participant with a minimum of 28 VTNS related auctions per month. The keyword "VTNS" must be in the title OR the VTNS logo in the description.
  5. You must have sold at least 25 items pertaining to VTNS prior to joining.
  6. You must follow all Board usage terms
  7. You must uphold, the use of our Logo & Group Membership, with integrity,honesty and with commitment
