To assist the eBay community in the suppression of fraud, knowingly and unknowingly, in coin, paper money (currency) and bullion listings by the exposure of fakes, alterations and other criminal and deceptive activities, or ones suspected to be shilled, stolen property or hijacked content from the rightful owner(s).
