How to read the whole discussion thread
To read all the comments in a discussion thread, if there is more than one comment, go to the bottom right under the comment you see and you will see something like this: page 1 [1]. I just rescued about 15 boxes of reels and parts from the landfill about 2 months ago.I have them kinda sorted out now. There are about 2 containers of johnson parts spools and covers and frames.No part numbers so id have to match parts up- or by size.First thing I did was put 165 reels together first- SO maybe I can help with parts. best of luck - STEVE

Hi Jeff. There is no list I know of of all the Johnson Reels made in Mankato, except if one obtains Johnson catalogs and magazine ad's published over the years, and gets the list from there. Johnson also made reels for other name brands. Read through the discussions so far on this site. Click on "Announcements" to find how to read the whole train of a discussion. You can talk with other collector's and start compiling your own list as well. To my knowledge the reels were manufactured in Mankato...
