Mentors is an interactive program for new members to learn how to sell on eBay. Mentors hosting the groups are volunteer members of the community who are donating their time and knowledge to help others within their groups. To gain the most from the Mentoring groups you will need to be willing to post and ask questions in a private setting with other new members. The Mentoring Groups give privacy and safety to your interaction. Please use the Group area to post questions, rather than send them by email. Please be certain to ask your Mentor before you send them private email.

After applying to join a Mentoring group, you will need to check back later, and see for yourself if the mentoring group name appears on your MyGroups list. To do this, return to the Group Center page, click the "Go To Log In" link, and then the "My Groups" link.
