OK, folks, it's been more than a week, and no one knows anything about this series? It doesn't have to be a definitive price for each piece; maybe just what you paid for one of them, or even a broad range of prices you remember.

I've heard of this series but don't have any of them. Do the individual pieces (family members??) have specific names and separate numbers? That's the only way I would try to find them or any recent sales. I don't know the prices at all but maybe a little more specific info would help in trying to find them. Just a thought .....

I do not know which pieces she has exactly but they are Little Moments. Issue was $15-20 ea & there is a blonde & a brunette version of the series. Item numbers & names as follows:

Blonde:
Mom-848735
Dad-848743
Teenage Daughter-848751
Teenage Son-848778
Toddler Daughter-848786
Toddler Son-848794
Infant Daughter-848808
Infant Son-848816

Brunette:
Mom-880833
Dad-880841
Teenage Daughter-880868
Teenage Son-880876
Toddler Daughter-880884
Toddler Son-880892
Infant Daughter-880906
Infant Son-880914

There is also a cat(848832) & dog(848824) that are part of this series. I have paid between $5-8 ea for some pieces of this series & that is without shipping costs.

mskitty, are you looking for a new series called Build Your Own Family or an older series like the Little Moments?

If you go to preciousmoments.com and put "build your own family: in the search they come up with 142 pieces that have to do with family.

Keri, thank you so much for taking the time to research and post all this information!! I never would have guessed they were Little Moments and definitely knew nothing about them. I hope we can keep this list and post it to our library in some way. Hope to see you in June (assuming we still aren't snowed in like now) :( We appreciate your help and contribution!

I just entered all the "blonde" piece production numbers and found 7 pieces currently for sale. If you do this search, remember to check the box to include the description in the search. Unfortunately, completed listings will only show those pieces that used the number in the title, so there was only one piece that came up. So you will get better results using the numbers than trying to find anything under "Build Your Own Family".

I'm finally not snowed in. A neighbor brought his tractor over & literally dug us out. I can't wait to get to the chapel & buy some more grab bags! I have my birthday money to spend. lol. Can't wait to actually meet you in June, Annie.

We're still snowed in! Our driveway is long and when you turn out of it onto the main road through here, you have to immediately go uphill. The packed snow and ice make that impossible. We don't get plowed by the city so we are on our own. Almost got the driveway shoveled but turning onto our little main "road" (about 1-1/2 cars wide!) is asking for a fast backwards ride into the fire plug or the neighbors flower beds !! Four more days of snow predicted ... oh well, more time to look over all my PM items.

The grab bags are super!! We always get two at registration and then go back on Saturday morning to snatch a couple more. Hope I can track you down and you can share your hubbie's planned shopping spree he always gives you each year. :-D See you soon, Keri !!
