Hi everyone,

When I was young, I loved collecting the precious moment animals.  I was a member of the birthday club and got the exclusive animal each year.  I bought nearly EVERY animal between 1st grade and 8th grade or so (1990-1998).  Now I'm 27 and getting married next year and buried with some student loans.  I'd love to sell some of them, but not sure if it's worth my time.  I have a couple with sentimental value that I will keep, but I have well over 200 I could live parting with.  Anyone interested in any please let me know

Hi new member!  If you register your first name under the Membership Directory, we can address you more properly.  (That goes for some old members, too!)

Technically, we are an information source, and do not allow members to solicit their own pieces for sale.  But this happens a lot with new members, so we'll give you a bye on this one.  The good thing about being an information source is that we have gobs of information about Precious Moments pieces and how to buy or sell them.  Look under the Special Categories Library for lists of special pieces, and Selling Precious Moments for Dummies.  I think there is a list of all the Birthday Club pieces ever made.  There is also a thread on using eBay completed listings to arrive at what your pieces have sold for on eBay.

You posted your request under Members & Membership Policies, so I am replying as such. That is understandable, since eBay made this forum the default forum.  Actually, all discussions should be under the Discussions forum, which you have to click on to access.  I'm not harping on this to harass you, but to remind everybody of one of eBay's little landmines, and how to avoid it.  You will notice this has happened frequently.

Glad to have you with us!  Click on the New Members discussion thread to tell us a little more about yourself!
