I’m Chen Piao Ming from Indonesia. I’m a fund manager as well as a FOREX trader. I would like to propose a business plan with all of you. The business will be a cooperation in trading FOREX. I start to trade FOREX from 2001 until now, I used to use my own money to trade FOREX, but last year come a disaster for me, I built a rubber recycling company that came to bankruptcy. Right now, I have no money to trade FOREX. So, I need Investor that trust me with a certain amount of fund, and since that I won’t get paid if The Investor is loss, I assure you that I won’t let you down.

Here is my trading history from 2001 to 2011:

October 2001 – December 2001: -21.7%

January 2002 – December 2002: +128.7%

January 2003 – December 2003: +139.5%

January 2004 – December 2004: +74.4%

January 2005 – December 2005: -25.8%

January 2006 – December 2006: +0.3%

January 2007 – December 2007: +86.7%

January 2008 – December 2008: +184.92%

January 2009 – December 2009: +80.32%

January 2010 – December 2010: +135.35%

January 2011 – April 2011: +65.16%

On May 2011, I stop trading FOREX and started a rubber recycling company and it went bankrupt on March 2012.

I hope that someone will accept my business proposition. And the terms and conditions can be read below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Futures Company that recommended by The Manager is InterbankFx (www.ibfx.com), but if The Investor has another trusted company that will be ok, as long as the company used Metatrader 4 as a trading platform. The base currency that used is USD.
2. The Investor hold WebAccount’s (for financial transaction such as: deposit withdrawal, etc) password. And so, The Manager hold the metatrader 4’s password. The Manager is not allowed to open/login to the WebAccount and The Investor is not allowed to open/login to Metatrader 4. Because The Investor could interrupt and bring harm to the FOREX trading, since that lack of knowledge and immature psychology (in trading context) can turn the FOREX trading upside down. The Investor will get daily report of each transaction performed by a direct email from the company.
3. The initial deposit will be USD 1,500 minimum for 0.1 lot (mini) and USD 15,000 for 1 lot (regular).
4. The fund mustn’t be withdrawn within the first year. On the second year The Investor can withdraw partial of the fund (if the cooperation still continue) or all of the fund (if the cooperation not continued). Each time The Investor perform any financial transaction, he/she  must inform The Manager, so The Manager will know how to maximized the fund. Note: the fund that stays in the account mustn’t less than USD 1,500 (mini) and USD 15,000 (regular).
5. The Manager isn’t giving any education about trading strategy to The Investor as well as market outlook, except for the basic knowledge about FOREX.
6. The Profit sharing is 65% for The Investor and 35% for The Manager.
7. Since that The Manager use a daily chart in FOREX trading so, The Profit sharing will be done after a yearly. The Profit Sharing must be transferred on 10th January max. If The Manager hasn’t receive The Profit Sharing at the due date then the FOREX transaction will be stop until The Profit Sharing is received.
8. At the end of the year, a meeting will be held to discuss about the next year’s trading strategy and The Profit Sharing calculation. The meeting will be held via email or chat (Yahoo Messenger, BBM or other chatting instrument). If The Investor is not reachable then The Manager will make a safe decision and profitable for both side.

NOTE: The Manager doesn’t receive any commission from InterbankFx nor the other company that The Investor choose, so there is no benefit that received by The Manager if The Investor loss.
