I have m.s. and can't work so I thought selling on Ebay to get alittle money would be great so I thought. Well I thought wrong. I am so upset. that Ebay does not care about the sellers it seems. I have been selling on ebay about two months and had it. I spent alot of time making a ceramic valentines tree and I have 100 % good feedback but about to get a bad onre since the buyer said not as decribed well I guess  not if it is in pieces. I sent the tree U.P.S. (don't tust the mail. It was packed so secure and I put big read signs on all side od the box that read in big words FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE. If I had to guess I say the ebay buyer was in a hurry to get it out of the box and that is when it broke. I believe it broke out of the box. Why wouldn't she lie to get her money back? no one can prove it.Ebay just favors the buyers . If there were no sellers Ebay would be down the tubes. So now I site abter almost i month without getting paid with my broken tree that I can't even sell. They call this Fair? Why can she give me a negative but I can't leave one for her? Having m.s. is a tough disease I know I lived with it for 14 years. I can't have this stree before I wind up blind , not being abble to walk and the other this m.s. takes away. Anyone that can give me any good advice please do cause I am sick over this problem.
